Based between Holt and Fakenham in North Norfolk, Cottage Concierge provides property management services to second home owners who need a professional and flexible service to help them manage the lettings and day to day running of their properties.
We pride ourselves on the relationship we build up with our clients, the majority of whom live outside the immediate area. Using our service will ensure your holiday home runs efficiently and smoothly at all times. Your guest’s will also appreciate the extra effort we put into making their stay memorable.

PROPERTY MANAGEMENT
We offer a comprehensive range of services including:
- Changeovers
- Laundry
- Welcome Packs and Flowers
- Key Holding & Security Checks
- Gardening
The service can be tailored to your specific needs, for example forwarding or clearing post, turning heating on or off, checking fuel levels, watering plants, stocking the fridge, providing flowers or putting out the wheelie bin. We can also carry out regular management checks to monitor the security and condition of your property.
If there is a problem we are on hand 24 hours a day. Should any maintenance be required we can organise this on your behalf, using only qualified tradesmen personally known to us.
We can also give access to deliveries and tradesmen. Smaller items can be delivered to our offices and delivered to your home.
LETTINGS
If you are considering letting your home or you need help maximising your lettings we would love to hear from you. In return we offer local knowledge, a competitive rate and flexible letting terms – you can choose when and how often you use your property.
